вода 400
ориз 300
захар 300
сол 2
канела 3

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Към млякото се прибавят водата и солта и се нагрява до завиране. Почистеният и измит ориз се прибавя към врящата смес и се вари докато набъбне ориза. Прибавя се захарта, след което се оставя да заври отново. Разпределя се в съдовете и се поръсва с канела.
