НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
500 г спагети
400 г бекон
500 г доматено пюре
100 гр лук 20 гр чесън
20 гр зелени маслини
20 гр черни маслини
10 гр каперси
10 гр кедрови ядки
10 мл. зехтин
10 гр. масло
5 гр захар босилек чили пипер
сол и прясно смлян черен пипер
50 гр пармезан
НАЧИН ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
- Пригответе пастата в подсолена вода с мазнина
- Нарежете бекона и лука на средно големи кубчета
- Обелете и ги смачкайте чесъна.
- В тефлонов тиган с зехтин запържете филираните бадеми. И скилидките чесън. Прибавете едрия чили пипер, след което добавете бекона, лука, маслините и стафидите.
- Поръсете сместа с босилека и смесете с готовата паста и леко запържете като внимателно разбърквате.
- Пригответе соса като загреете доматеното пюре в отделен съд и прибавете към него захарта, останалата глава лук нарязана на ситно, 3-4 скилидки пресован чесън и варете на слаб огън около 10-15 мин.
