ТОРТА РАФАЕЛО С МАСКАРПОНЕ
НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
1 бр пандишпанов блат
500 гр маскарпоне
100 мл кондензирано мляко
250 мл сметана
300 гр бял шоколад
175 гр вафла
200 гр мляко
120 гр кокосови стърготини
250 мл вода: 250 мл
20 мл ром
10 гр захар
100 гр лимон
200 гр ягоди
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Сложете сметаната в тенджера , доведете почти до кипене и след това добавете белия шоколад да се стопи.
Междувременно, сложете маскарпонето в купа и добавете кондензирано мляко, разбийте добре.
Когато сместа от шоколад и сметана се охлади, добавете маскарпонето заедно с трохите вафли.
Направете сироп чрез смесване на вода, ром, захар и лимонова кора.
Нарежете пандишпан в 2 диска, поръсете с половината сироп и го покрийте с 1/3 от крема. Покрийте с втория диск, сиропирайте със сиропа и се покрива с останалата сметана.
Покрийте с кокосови стърготини и ягоди.
