МАРИНОВАНА ПУШЕНА СЬОМГА С ПОРТОКАЛОВО ГОРЧИЧЕН СОС, КИНОА И ПАРМЕЗАНОВИ КОРИЧКИ

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ: 4 порции

пушена сьомга        400 гр

цвекло                       100 гр

лимон                        100 гр

киноа                         100 гр

ядки                          100 гр

заквасена сметана 200 гр

пармезан                  100 гр

маково семе                50 гр

портокал                   200 гр

сметана                     100 мл

горчица                        10 гр

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

1. Заливаме киноата с гореща вода и оставяме под капа за 30 мин. Овкусяваме я със сол, черен пипер, кардамон и сок от цвекло и лимонов сок.

2. Мариноваме пушената сьомга в сок от цвекло и лимонов сок,

3. Приготвяме пармезанови корички от настърган пармезан и маково семе върху силиконово килимче в загрята фурна.

5. Приготвяме сос, като загряваме сметана, портокалов сос и горчица.

6. Презентираме салатата, като на дъното на чинията поставяме соса, роза от маринованата сьомга, заквасена сметана, киноа и пармезанови корички.
