НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Пилешкото бонфиле овкусяваме ги с черен пипер, сол. Изпържваме филетата в сгорещена мазнина, изваждаме и прибавяме сметаната, нарязано на кубчета топено сирене и бульон. Връщаме филетата и овкусяваме с масло, лимонов сок, черен пипер. Поднасяме каретата със соса и гарнирани със картофено пюре.
