НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Нарежете лилавият лук и чушки на жулиени. Готвим с малко олио и със захарта на слаб огън. Овкусете кожата на хека и завършете готвенето на рибата във фурна при 200 ° C за няколко минути. Сотирайте чесъна и лука, добавете целина и куркума. Добавете жълтия пипер и завършете с рибния бульон. Прецеждаме през китайска цедка.
