ПИЛЕШКО ФИЛЕ С МОЦАРЕЛА И АНАНАС

моцарела 300
компот от ананас на шайби 100
чери домати 100
копър 10
лимон 200
бял балсамов оцет 30
зехтин 200
масло 30
сол 15
копър 50
черен пипер 2
картофи дюшес  500

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Начукваме филето и овкусяваме със сол, черен пипер, лимон.  Оформяме в ринг филето с шайби ананас компот и масло. Запичаме във фурна с бяло вино и масло и пресен розмарин.с картофи дюшес , лимон, сотирани чери домати и сос от нар.
