кисело мляко 300 30
растително масло 100 10
краве масло 50 5
брашно 150 15
сметана готварска 150 15
сирене Бри  50  5
пушено сирене  50  5
топено сирене 50 5
кашкавал 50 5
пилешки бульон 20 2
гарнитура- задушен ориз 1000 100

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

От пилешкото филе режим  карета, овкусяваме ги с черен пипер, сол. Мариноваме ги в кисело мляко 30 мин. Изпържваме филетата в сгорещена мазнина, изваждаме и прибавяме сметаната, топеното, пушеното сирене, Камембер и бульон. Овкусяваме с масло, лимонов сок, черен пипер. Поднасяме каретата подредени в плато със соса и гарнирани с бял и черен ориз.
