сметана готварска 300

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Шунката се нарязва на ивички и се запържва в затопленото маслото. Добавя се сметана и се задушава за 5 минути.  След като стане готова, се добавят предварително сварените и изцедени макарони и натрушеното сирене, топено сирене  и настъргания кашкавал . Сместа се изсипва в намазана с мазнина и поръсена с галета тава и се запича за 10 мин. в предварително загрята фурна.
