сирене 300
слънчогледово масло 300
яйца 200
брашно 100
черен пипер 1,5
сол 15
кисело мляко 1030

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Картофите се измиват, сваряват и обелват докато са топли. Настъргват се на ренде. Оставят се да изстинат напълно. Тогава се прибавят жълтъка на яйца, задушеният лук, натрошеното на ситно сирене, сол на вкус, магданоз и подправките. Омесва се много добре и се оставя да престои ½ час. След това се оформят кюфтета като се овалват и заглаждат старателно (за да избегнете пръскането по-късно) по 125 гр и се потапят в брашно. Кюфтетата се потапят в разбитите добре белтъци и веднага се слагат в горещата мазнина. По желание след като се потопят в яйцето може отново да се овалят в брашно или галета. Пържат се до зачервяване и от двете страни като се обръщат внимателно.
