ШОКОЛАДОВО СУФЛЕ С ВКУС НА КАФЕ И ШОКОЛАД

 

Продукти за 2-ма души

 

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:

 

100 гр тъмен шоколад

25 г масло

50 г пудра захар

2 яйца

1 яйчен белтък

5 гр нес кафе

1 гр есенция коняк

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

 

Загрейте фурната до 180 ° C .

Намажете с масло 2 отделни форми.

Нарежете шоколада на квадратчета. Разтопете го с маслото на водна баня и добавете нес кафето и есенция коняк.

Разделят се жълтъците от белтъците. Разбийте жълтъците със захарта. Добавете шоколада.

Разбийте белтъците, докато станат на сняг. Включете ги деликатно в предишната смес.

Изсипете в отделни форми. Пече се в продължение на 8 до 10 минути максимум.
