кайма смес 1000
киноа 220
вода 145
яйца 2 бр 100
лук 200
магданоз 40
брашно 60
сол 10
черен пипер 2
слънчогледово масло 150
чили сос

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Каймата се омесва с подправките, лука, магданоза, нарязани на дребно, накиснатата в топла вода киноа и яйцата. Ако каймата няма сол се посолява. Сместа се оставя в хладилник да отлежи 20 мин. От сместа се приготвят кюфтета ( по 2 броя за порция) , които се овалват в брашно, сплескват се леко и се изпържват в загрята мазнина.
