600 гр пилешко бонфиле
5 гр розмарин
5 гр риган
3 гр чесън на прах
сол и пипер
1 яйце
100 гр брашно
30 гр кокосови стърготини
50 гр филетиран баден
растително масло
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Овкусява се пилешкото бонфиле с подправките и се маринова за един час в хладилника.
Разбива се яйцето, потапя се всяко пилешко филе в него, а след това в брашното, отново в яйцето и накрая в настърган кокосов орех и филетиран бадем.
Гответе в масло от всяка страна, докато стане златисто кафяво.
