ШОКОЛАДОВИ ТРЮФЕЛИ С НЕС КАФЕ И КОНЯК

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ;

300 гр натурален шоколад /70%/

30 гр масло

30 гр пудра захар

100 мл течна сметана

10 гр нес кафе

20 мл коняк

50 гр какао

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Начупете шоколада в купа и го разтопете на водна баня. Добавете маслото и бъркайте докато сместа стане гладка и лъскава. Отстранете от огъня.
Към разтопения шоколад добавете пудрата захар, сметаната, нес кафе  и коняк. Разбъркайте внимателно. Поставете сместа в хладилник, да се стегне.
Оформете топчета от шоколадовата смес, като ги въртите между дланите си. Оваляйте в какао.
