1000 гр свинско контрафиле
400 гр бекон филийки
50 гр заквасена сметана
50 гр масло
10 гр розмарин
10 гр градински чай
1 скилидка чесън
целина, моркови и лук
1000 мл бира
масло, зехтин, сол и черен пипер
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
На дъска за рязане наситнете розмарин и градински чай и чесън и ги поставете в купа със сол и прясно смлян черен пипер. Разстелете бекона върху работната повърхност, след това намажете с масло и сметана овкусете с микса от подправки след това се поставя свинското контрафиле, разтворено по дължина и начукано.
