СВИНСКО С БЕКОН И БИЛКИ С БИРА

1000 гр  свинско контрафиле

400 гр бекон филийки

50 гр заквасена сметана

50 гр масло

10 гр розмарин

10 гр градински чай

1 скилидка чесън

целина, моркови и лук

1000 мл бира

масло, зехтин, сол и черен пипер

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

На дъска за рязане наситнете розмарин и градински чай и чесън и ги поставете в купа със сол и прясно смлян черен пипер. Разстелете бекона върху работната повърхност, след това намажете с масло и сметана овкусете с микса от подправки след това се поставя свинското контрафиле, разтворено по дължина и начукано. Завийте на руло и вържете с канап.

В тиган сложете малко зехтин и малко масло, после целина, моркови и лук на части и когато започне да цвърчи добавете месото и поръсете с нарязани билки. Запечатайте от всички страни и след това залейте с бирата и прехвърляне във фурната покрита с лист от алуминиево фолио при 150 ° С за около един час. Махнете алуминиевата хартия, и повишете температурата до 190 ° C за около 10 минути.

Сервирайте нарязано на филии с соса , който се филтрира.
