ТАКОС С ГУАКАМОЛЕ И ПИЛЕШКО ФИЛЕ

200 гр пилешко филе

50 гр царевично брашно

100 мл зехтин

4 бр замразени такос

300 гр авокадо

100 гр домати

100 гр червен лук

20 мл зехтин

100 гр лайм

5 гр лютива чушка

сол, прясно смлян черен пипер

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ

Почистете семената на доматите и нарежете на малки кубчета. Нарежете лука на тънки жулиени. Нарежете  авокадото, отстранете костилката, оберете с лъжица месото и до намачкайте с вилица. Разбърква се с нарязани на кубчета домати, лук, на ситно нарязана лютива пиперка и сока на един лимон. Добавете зехтин и разбъркайте добре. Добавете сол и черен пипер.

Нарежете на жулиени кори от лайм.

Нарежете на тънки филии пилешкото филе, овкусете и панирайте в царевично брашно. Изпържете в мазнина до златисто.

Загрейте фурната до 180 °С. Запечете готовите кори такос.

Разстелете върху цялата основа на корите  гуакамоле и поставете парче от пилешкото филе.
