НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ

 

300 гр. макарони

750 гр мляно телешко месо

5 яйца (2 цяло и 3 жълтъка)

100 гр сирене Фета

100 гр настърган Грюер

1000 мл мляко

100 гр масло

100 гр брашно

200 гр лук, ситно нарязан

10 гр чесън

1 кубче телешки бульон

100 гр нарязан домати

20гр доматено пюре

5 гр захар

сол

пипер

100 мл червено вино

индийско орехче

билки (карамфил , канела,  риган)

магданоз

 

Порции: 6 души

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Сос бешамел: Загрейте маслото с брашното и разбъркайте, докато добре се запържи брашно. Добавете малко мляко и разбъркайте с тел, за да не стане на бучки. Когато започне да се хомогенизира още по-внимателно добавете останалото мляко. Отстранете от огъня и добавете 3 жълтъците. Накрая добавете сол, черен пипер, индийско орехче и част от сиренето Грюер (останалото използвайте в края на рецептата).

Макарони: Сварете макароните в продължение на 1-2 минути по-малко от инструкциите на производителя. Макароните ще се доварят във фурната.

Плънка с телешко месо: Сотирайте лука в малко зехтин. След 3-4 минути добавете чесъна и продължете да задушавате. След това добавете доматеното пюре а, след това добавете и каймата. Запървете до златисто кафяво каймата. Добавете виното и оставете да се изпари. Добавете нарязаните домати, захар, сол , черен пипер и билки. Варете на слаб огън, докато течноста се изпари.

В каймата се добавят 1/4-1/3 от соса бешамел и разбърква добре.

На дъното на тава сложете макароните и ги подредете малко с ръка. Добавете 2 разбити яйца със сирене Фета, натрошена на парчета , черен пипер и сол, ако е необходимо.

Върху тях поставете плънката от месото а отгоре и останалия сос.

Накрая добавете сиренето Грюер . Върху Пастициото може да добавим няколко малки парченца масло.

Пече се в предварително загрята фурна на 180-200 С за 40 минути или докато се получи златист цвят.
