ДРЕЗДЕНСКИ  ЩОЛЕН ВЕНЕЦ

 

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:

250 мл мляко

1000 гр брашно

42 гр мая

175 гр захар

2  гр сол

375 гр меко масло

125 гр свинска мас

100 гр френско грозде

200 гр стафиди

100 г портокалови кори

50 гр  захаросани плодове

150 гр нарязани бадеми

125 гр пудра захар

1ервени, жълти и зелени захаросани череши за украса

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ

Загрейте млякото. Пресейте брашното в купа, направете кладенче в средата

Маята разбъркайте с мляко и малко брашно, покрийте и оставете за около 30 минути на топло място. Прибавете маяъа към брашното и разбъркайте леко на ръка.

Добавете 150 гр захар, 300 грама мазнини към тестото до гладко тесто към тестото. Отново се покрива и оставя за около 30 минути на топло място.

Измийте френско грозде и стафиди и се оставят да се отцедят. Портокаловата и лимоновата кора, нарежете на фино. Прибавете бадемите в тестото и нека отлежи още 30 минути. Замесете тестото отново, разделете на два фитила (всяка около 65 cm дължина) .

Оплетете двата фитила. Оформете венец.

Поставете венеца в облицована тава за печене и се пече в предварително загрята фурна 200 ° C . Пече се 60-70 мин .

След като се извади от фурната, още докато е топъл се намазва с разтопено масло. Поръсва се обилно с останалата пудра захар и се оставя да изстине.

Когато е изстинал напълно се увива добре във фолио, слага се в плик или кутия и се съхранява на хладно място.

Преди да се поднесе отново се поръсва с пудра захар.

Сервирайте с декорирани сушени плодове и шам фъстък.

Оформят се около 35 парчета.
