350 мл бира

200 гр брашно


пресен смлян черен пипер




Пригответе тестото: Изсипете бирата в купа и добавете малко по малко пресятото брашно и черен пипер. Разбърква се добре с разбиване, докато тестото се отпусне. Сместа се оставя да престои в хладилника за 30 мин.

Междувременно измийте тиквички. Ако са малки, ги нарежете по дължина. Ако те са големи, ги нарежете на филийки. Поръсете с малко сол и се оставят да престоят в продължение на 15 мин в хладилник. След това попийте с кърпа или салфетки, за да изсъхнат.

Потопете една по една филийките тиквички в тесто и се запържва от двете страни до златисто кафяво.

Оставете ги върху попивателна хартия да се отцедят и сервирайте.Сервирайте ги топли с Тзатзики сос или кисело мляко и мента.
