180 гр спагети

50 мл зехтин екстра върджин

200 гр жълта чушка, нарязана на кубчета и семена

20 гр пресни листа босилек, нарязани

10 гр див лук

10 гр люта чушка

20 гр нарязан пресен лук

20 чери домати, нарязани наполовина

сол и черен пипер на вкус

30 гр настърган пармезан


Порции: 4




Варете  пастата според указанията. Прецедете.

Загрейте зехтина в голям тиган. Добавете люта чушка, босилек и див лук и пържете в продължение на 3 минути. Добавете горещата паста, чери домати, сол и черен пипер. Смесете добре и варете на умерен огън в продължение на 1 минута.

Разбърква се , настържете пармезан и сервирайте веднага
