• 350 гр букатини
  • 300 гр чушки
  • 100 мл сметана
  • 80 гр лук
  • 10 гр чесън
  • риган
  • зехтин
  • сол
  • черен пипер



Обелете и измийте чушките, подсушете ги и ги нарежете на големи парчета.

Наситнете лука заедно с половин скилидка чесън и го запържете в зехтин.

Добавете черен пипер, разбърква се и се готви, докато пастата стане меки.

Добавете сметаната, сол и черен пипер.

Поставете пастата във вряща подсолена вода, тя се прецежда когато е  ал денте и се изсипва в тенджерата със соса.

Варете една минута при много слаб огън, подправете с малко  прясно нарязан риган и сервирайте веднага гореща.
