НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ

 

200 гр  орехи

200 гр бразилски орехи, накиснати във вода за една нощ и филтрирани

100 гр фурми, накиснати в 1 ½ чаши   вода за няколко часа

3 гр прясно настъргано индийско орехче

Пълнеж

200 гр кашу, накиснати във   вода за една нощ, след това филтрирани

150 мл кленов сироп

400 гр сирене Филаделфия

10 гр  лецитин на гранули

сок от 1 лимон

1 ванилия шушулка, разделена надлъжно половина и семената се остъргват

настърган кора от 2 лимона

щипка морска сол

150 мл кокосово масло

Манго пюре

400 гр манго пюрирано

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ

 

Това е моят любим десерт в момента. Чаят от накиснатите в течността   ядките е пълен с хранителни вещества, така че не го изхвърлите. Или го изпийте или  дайте на вашите растения малко питие.

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ

 

Комбинирайте ядки, фурмите и индийското орехче в кухненски робот и блендирайте, докато сместа стане гладка. Натиснете в основата на 23-см кръгла форма за торта. Охладете в продължение на най-малко 10 минути, докато се подготвяте за пълнене.

 

За плънката, поставете сиренето Филаделфия в  кухненски робот, добавете останалите съставки и пасирайте до гладка консистенция.

Изсипете върху основата.

Охладете, около един час,   но по-добре през нощта.

Сервирайте тортата с пюре от манго.
