Яйцата се разделят на жълтъци и белтъци. Към белтъците се прибавя пудрата захар и се разбива на гъста пяна. Към тях се прибавят предварително разбитите жълтъци. Сместа се изсипва внимателно в тава със загрята мазнина, заглажда се с помощта на лъжица и се запича във фурна с температура 210-220 С. Изпеченият омлет се изважда от съда, намазва се с конфитюр и се прегъва като се прибавя сладоледа и малини. Поставя се в елипсовидна чиния , поръсва се с пудра захар.
