НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ

ЗА СИРОПА

  • захар 100 гр
  • вода  100 гр

 

ЗА МАКИАТОТО

  • прясно мляко 180 мл
  • кафе  6 гр

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ

Сварете захарен сироп от водата и захарта докато захарта се разтвори напълно и сиропът се редуцира.

С приставката за правене на пара на кафемашината загрейте млякото в подходящ съд, като държите приставката потопена под повърхността на образувалата се пяна. Загрявайте така, докато страните на съда се нагреят хубаво и се образува гладка и твърда пяна отгоре.

Пригответе еспресото. Прехвърлете прясното мляко във висока стъклена чаша, като придържате с лъжица пяната. След като остане само пяната в съда, внимателно я разпределете в чашата с лъжица върху млякото. Отгоре излейте леко еспресото и завършете с малко захарен сироп на вкус.
