Краставиците се измиват, обелват се и се нарязват на дребни кубчета.Тученицата се измива и нарязва.
Прибавят се млякото, предварително изцедено в марля, дребно нарязан копър , растителното масло , счуканият чесън със солта и се размесват. Поднася се украсена с краставицата, букет от зелени подправки, орехи.
