БАВАРСКИ ПОРТОКАЛОВО МЕДЕН КРЕМ С ГРЕЯНО ВИНО САБАЙОН

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ: за 4 порции

30 гр желатин

300 мл портокалов сок

30 гр портокалови късчета

150 мл сметана

120 гр мед

100 мл греяно вино

лимонови кори

4 пресни жълтъци

50 гр захар

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Накиснете желатинът в студена вода отношение 1:3 .

Оставете да заври портокаловият сок 200 мл. След това се разбърква с портокаловите късчета и се прибавя накиснатият желатин и подсладете с мед на вкус. Охлажда се сместа и след това прибавете сметаната внимателно. Изсипете крема в чаши и нека се охлаи около 4-6 часа.

След това го  потопите за кратно в гореща вода и оформете в плато.

Греяното вино прибавете към разбитите жълтъци с лимонови кори . Добавете захар, и разбийте всичко на водна баня до гъст и пухкав сняг. Сваля се от огъня и се разбива в продължение на 2-3 минути повече, така че яйцата да не се пресекат.
