ТОРТИЛЯ С ПИЛЕ И ШАФРАНОВО РИЗОТО

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ 4-ма души

300 гр пилешки гърди

100 гр кисело мляко

5 гр къри

5 гр пресен джинджифил

200 гр домата

100 гр ориз

750 мл пилешки бульон

1 гр шафран

30 мл зехтин

8 бр тортиля

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Предната нощ преди приготвяне мариновайте нарязани пилешки филета на тънки филийки в кисело мляко смесено  с 1 супена лъжица зехтин,  къри , джинджифил, сол и щипка пипер. На другият ден ги пригответе на грил тиган.

За ризото: Загрейте пилешки бульон. В тиган, налейте малко масло и след това добавете ориза, за 2 минути, докато оризът стане прозрачен. Добавете 1 черпак бульон, като се разбърква, и когато оризът е погълнал всичкият бульон добавите втори и така нататък, докато поеме всичкият бульон, овкусете със сол, черен пипер и шафран.

Нарежете доматите на кубчета. Сотирайте ги за кратко в мазнина , поръсете ги с див лук и копър.

Поставете в тортилята от всички съставки и завийте.
