Яйцата се разбиват с прясното мляко, добавя се ситно натрошеното сирене Сместа се посолява и се излива в тиган със затоплена мазнина . Добре изпърженият от двете страни се поднася в затоплена чиния, поръсен със ситно нарязан магданоз
