НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ ЗА 2 ПОРЦИИ;
4 бр белтъка
200 гр пудра захар
5 гр царевично брашно
10 гр розови листенца – уверете се, че те не са били третирани с химикали
ЗА ПЛЪНКАТА
250 мл сметана
50 гр пудра захар
5 мл розова вода
100 гр нарязан розов локум
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Загрейте фурната до 180 C.
Пригответе лист за печене с размери 20 х 30 cm .
Поставете белтъците в купа на електрически миксер и разбийте, докато те образуват меки върхове. Започнете добавяне на захар една супена лъжица в даден момент и разбивайте между всяко добавяне. Когато сместа стане гладка и лъскава, добавете царевичното брашно с лъжица. Накрая добавете розовите листенца и с лъжица нанесете сместа върху хартия за печене и печете за 12-15 минути.
Махнете от фурната и поставете силиконов лист на върха на рулото и обърнете тавата, за да освободите целувченият блат. Охлажда се.
Разбийте сметана и пудра захар, докато стане твърда и след това добавете розовата вода и локума нарязан на малки кубчета. Прехвърлете сместа с лъжица върху блата и завийте на руло.
Сервирайте с повече кристализирали розови листенца.
