ГРЪЦКА БАКЛАВА
1000 гр кори за баклава (много финни)
600 гр орехи
200 гр шам фъстък
100 гр сусам
150 гр захар
1000 гр грис
20 гр масло
100 мл сусамово масло
3 гр карамфил
10 гр канела
Сироп
850 гр захар
800 гр вода
30 гр портокалов сок
10 гр мед
3 гр карамфил
1 пръчка канела
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Покрийте тава с 2 супени лъжици зехтин. Изсипете ядките и сусама в тавата и поставете във фурната за 10 минути при 175 градуса С. Добавете гриста и сложете тавата обратно във фурната за още 5 минути. Внимавай да не ни изгори.
Извадете тавата от фурната и прехвърлете съдържанието и в дълбока купа. Добавете захарта, канелата и карамфила. Разбърква се добре.
Намажете тава с размер 40×35 см с четка с масло. Сложете 2 листа от кори за баклава.
Сложете плънка, която разположете равномерно и продължете да налагате кори и плънка. Завършете с последните 2 листа кори
След като сте готови, може да нарежете баклавата на парчета с предпочитана форма.
Загрейте маслото в тенджера и с помоща на черпак се изсипва бавно върху баклавата.
Печете при 170 градуса С до златисто кафяво. Приблизително 1/2 час.
Извадете от фурната баклавата и оставете да се охлади напълно.
Сварете вода със захар и подправки за пет минути, като последната минута добавете портокалов сок и мед.
