70 гр масло
1 яйце
5 мл вермуд
Пълнене:
400 гр рикота.
100 гр захар
20 гр лимонова кора.
100 гр шоколад
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ
За каноли: За да се подготви този вкусен десерт каноли, първо трябва да се направи тестото. Трябва да поставите брашното и захарта върху плота и да добавите маслото и яйцето в средата на тези продукти. След това трябва да се месят в продължение на около половин час докато тестото стане с гладка консистенция . Тогава добавете Вермут да се подчертае вкусът й и тя да стане по-компактна.
След това трябва да се разточи тестото и трябва да се направят квадрати 12 см. Завийте към противоположните страни на всеки квадрат с яйчен белтък; След приключване на този етап трябва да ги изпържите и след това добавете плънката.
За плънката: Разбийте рикотата със захар и добавете лимоновата кора. Към половината смес добавете разтопен шоколад. Шприцовайте плънката във всяка каноли и най-накрая поръсете с пудра захар.
