Ето рецепта шоколадово тесто. Това може да се постигне с тъмен шоколад (както тук, но също така и с бял шоколад, който също така позволява да я оцветите и да получите тесто за моделиране в различни цветове.
НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ
125 гр черен шоколад (или бял)
100 гр сироп от глюкоза и евентуално няколко капки оцветители за храни, ако се желае да се оцветите в бял шоколад.
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ
В тенджера се разтапя глюкозен сироп до температура от 35-40 °.
Междувременно разтопете шоколада на водна баня. Изсипете върху глюкозата и смесете до паста и след това оставете да се охлади до стайна температура. Пастата ще се втвърди и тя ще е достатъчно да се вземе парче и да се моделират рози например.
