НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ
20 гр масло
100 гр шалот, ситно нарязани на кубчета
250 гр пълномаслена готварска сметана
50 гр пармезан, ситно настърган
200 гр зрели смокини, нарязани на парчета
125 гр биволска моцарела, грубо разкъсана
100 гр рукола
80 гр прошуто, разкъсан на ивици
20 мл чист зехтин
20 мл балсамов оцет добър
За тестото
400 гр бяло брашно
7 гр мая
5 гр сол
40 мл зехтин
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ
За да направите тестото, смесете брашното, маята и солта в купа. Добавете 250 мл топла вода, добавете маслото. Смесете всичко, за да направите тесто.
