ИСПАНСКО ПИЛЕ И ЧОРИЗО НАДЕНИЦА

ПОРЦИИ  4

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ

200 гр чоризо колбас нарязан

400 гр пилешко филе

10 мл зехтин

100 гр лук нарязан

100 мл бяло вино

10 гр  пушен червен пипер

425 гр консервирани нарязани домат

250 мл пилешки бульон

4 бр сушен дафинов лист

415 гр консервирани  боб изцеден

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ

Загрява се тенджера. Нарежете всяко пилешко филе на 3 равни филийки.

Запържете  чоризо в продължение на 2 минути от всяка страна до зачервяване и го извадете.

Добави парчета пиле и ззапечатъйте до златисто от двете страни и след това извадете.

Добави зехтин и лук. Задушавайте докато омекне.

Добави бяло вино и пушени червен пипер. Варете в продължение на 5 минути. Добавете нарязаните домати. Довежда се до кипене.

Поставете пилето обратно в тенджерата с дафиновите листа. Поставете капака на тенджерата и се поставя във фурна при 180 ° С. Гответе в продължение на 30 минути.

Добавете чоризото в тенджерата заедно с боба. Гответе за още 10 минути.

Сервирайте върху канапе от полента или картофено пюре и задушени зеленчуци. чоризо и грах Ризото
