• 300 гр пушена сьомга
• 250 гр крема сирене
• 50 гр червен лук
200 гр мариновано цвекло
50 гр каперси
300 гр крекери
Поставете крекер в чиния за сервиране, отгоре поставете с шприц сирене крема. Отгоре разположете филе от пушена сьомга и нарязано на жулиени мариновано цвекло, нарязани на шайби червен лук и каперси. Подправете с прясно смлян черен пипер и отгоре полейте със зехтин и лимонов сок.
