ПИКАНТНО СЛАДКО КАРТОФЕНО ХЛЯБЧЕ

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
700 гр настъргани сладки картофи
150 гр замразени царевични зърна, размразени
100 гр настърган кашкавал
2 бр яйца
100 гр брашно

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Омесете смес от настъргните и изцедени картофи, изцедените царевични зърна, кашкавала също настърган и яйцата. Овкусете на вкус със сол, черен пипер , прясна мащерка.
Оставете в хладилниа за 30 мин. След което оформете малки катофени питки . Потопете в брашно и изпържете в сгорешена мазнина.
