Температури на сервиране на алкохолни напитки

В ресторантите и питейните заведения, алкохолните напитки се разделят в няколко групи. Това се прави с цел по-лесното им усвояване и разграждане от организма. Поднесени с необходимата температура, лесно могат да се усетят техните вкусови качества.

Аперативни напитки ( концентрати )

Недхладени напитки :
Ром 50 мл. – 15–20 градуса
Коняк 50 мл. – 15–20 градуса
Ликьор 50 мл. – 15–20 градуса
Уиски 50 мл. – 15–20 градуса

Охладени напитки :
Ракии 50 мл. – 8–15 градуса

Изстудени напитки :
Водки 50 мл. – 3–8 градуса
Джин 50 мл. – 3-8 градуса
