Зелената салата и руколата, подсушава и нарязват. Авокадото се обелва и нарязва на тънки лентички. Краставиците се измиват и нарязват с белачката на тънки ленти. Чери доматите се нарязват на половинки а сварените яйца на четвъртинки. Орехите се нарязват на едро.и се запичат. Моцареклата също се нарязва. Приготвя се дресинг от сол, зехтин и балсамико и пресен босилек. Салата се залива с дресинг и се охлажда за 2 часа |
