РЬОЩИ СЪС СМЕТАНА И СЬОМГА
НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
300 гр картофи, наедро настъргани
1 бр леко разбъркано яйце
30 гр брашно
20 гр разтопено масло
сол и черен пипер
10 мл зехтин
100 гр заквасена сметана
100 гр пушена сьомга
30 гр пресен копър
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Поставете почистени и настъргани картофи в гевгир и изстискайте цялата влага. Прехвърлете в голяма купа, след това добавете яйце, масло от брашно. Подправя се със сол и черен пипер. Загрейте маслото на тиган върху средно висока температура. Добавете със супени лъжици от картофената смес и леко изравнете. Гответе за 2 минути от всяка страна или до хрупкаво и златисто след това изцедете на хартиена кърпа. Повторете с останалата картофена смес и оставете леко да изстине. Завършете всяка рьощи заквасена сметана, нарязана пушена сьомга и нарязан пресен копър. Подправете с черен пипер.
