800 гр черен дроб

100 гр сланина

20 гр чесън

100 гр краве масло

100 мл червено вино

100 мл бульон

2 бр дафинов лист

черен пипер, бахар и сол на вкус


Черният дроб се почиства и без да се нарязва, се шпикова със сланината и скилидки чесън и се изпържва в маслото.

Прибавят се виното, бульонът, дафиновият лист, черният пипер на зърна, бахарът и солта.

Задушава във фурна, като от време на време се полива със соса.

Поднася се нарязан на филийки и полят със соса.

За гарнитура – картофено пюре .
