200 мл зеленчуков бульон
40 гр пресен босилек
20 мл зехтин
30 гр Пармезан
50 гр орехи
250 гр козе сирене
50 гр сладко от вишна
сол
черен пипер
индийско орехче
захар
балсамов оцет
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Нарежете тиквата, обелете и отстранете семената и я нарежете на 8 тънки филийки (2 мм), бланширайте в подсолена вода. Останалата тиква нарежете на парчета. Нарежете лука на ситно и сотирайте в масло и го добавете към тиквата. Долейте с бульон и варете 12 мин., докато тиквата омеке. С помощта на миксер пасирайте пюрето, добавете сол, индийско орехче, черен пипер и захар.
