РИЗОТО С МОРСКИ ДАРОВЕ

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ за 4 човека:

250 гр Аброзио ориз

1000 мл бульон

100 мл сухо бяло вино

200 гр лук

20 гр чесън

30 гр копър

500 гр морски дарове коктейл

100 гр заквасена сметана

30 гр зехтин

див лук

сол и черен пипер

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Обелете и нарежете на ситно лук, чесън  и копър. Запържете ги в голям тиган с малко зехтин. Добавете ориза и когато стане прозрачнен, прибавете  бяло вино. Доливйте постепенно с горещ бульон и бяло вино и се разбърква често за около 20 минути.

В същото време, пригответе за 8 минути, морските дарове  в тенджера с вряща вода. Прецедете и добавете към сварения ориз. Овкусете със сол и черен пипер. Леко овкусете със сметаната и оставете около десет минути преди сервиране.
