1 бр ананас

110 мл сок от ананас

3 яйца

100 гр лимон

2 жълтъка

400 г подсладено кондензирано мляко

100 гр захар

1/2 ванилия шушулка



Направете карамела. Сложете 6 супени лъжици захар в тенджера с 10 супени лъжици вода и няколко капки лимонов сок. Гответе при висока температура. Когато придобие цвят на кехлибар, го пресипете във форми за пудинг и го оставете да се охлади.
