доматено пюре 50
вино 100
черен пипер 2
сол 15
 кашкавал  300

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Пилето се сварява и обезкостява, след което се нарязва на малки парченца с големина 3-4 см. Парченцата месо се задушават в мазнина и се слагат в гювече. Подправя се с вино, черен пипер и сол, слага се доматено пюре и се запича във фурна с кашкавал. Поднася се топло.
