НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Свинското бонфиле режим на кубчета. Запържваме месото, прибавяме лук нарязан на полумесеци, задушаваме като овкусяваме със сол, черен пипер. Към запръжката прибавяме домати нарязани на ситно и пържим до оставане на мазнина. Прибавяме виното, печените пиперки на ивички и задушаваме . Добавяме и сирене натрошено на ситно и разбъркваме. Изсипваме в гювечета , чукваме по едно яйце и запържваме до забулване на яйцето . Поднасяме с люта чушка.
