НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

В подсолена вода сваряваме талиателите . Отцеждаме ги. В мазнина задушаваме нарязания на ситно лук. Прибавяме изчистените и измити гъби, нарязани на дребно, мащерката, розмарина, счукания чесън и нарязания на кубчета пилешко филе. Задушаваме 5-7 минути. Прибавяме бульона, посоляваме, поръсваме с черен пипер и варим на слаб огън 10 минути. Преди да свалим от огъня, прибавяме сметаната. Изсипваме талиателите в голяма купа от огнеупорен материал, заливаме с гъбения сос и поръсваме с настърган пармезан или кашкавал. Поставяме в предварително загрята (200° C) фурна и печем до получаване на златиста коричка.
