ЯБЪЛКОВ ЩРУДЕЛ

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ ЗА 6 ПОРЦИИ:

500 гр бутер тесто

750 гр ябълки сорт Фуджи

250 гр захар

100 мл вода

20 гр канела

30 мл калвадос

250 гр ябълки

1 разбит белтък

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

Загрейте фурната до 180 ° C. Разрежете бутер тестото на квадрати с  дължина 6 см.

Обелете и премахнете семена на 750 гр ябълки. Загрейте ги с 250 г захар и 1 малка чаша вода. Когато те са сварени, ги намачкайте и добавете 250 гр  сурови ябълки, обелени, почистени от сърцевината и нарязани на тънки филийки. Овкусете с канела или калвадос.

Поставете първите ябълки в бутер тестото , където сте оставили свободни краищата на 2 или 3 см. Мармалада, покрийте с втората кора.

Споете двата края с намокряне Направете отвори в тестото за извеждане на парата. Поставете тестото в намазана с мазнина и брашно тава и с четка намажете повърхноста с 1 разбит яйчен жълтък . Пече се в продължение на 45 минути.
