ШОКОЛАДОВ ПУДИНГ

 

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:

8 порции

 

150 гр брашно

200 гр захар

30 гр какао на прах

100 мл мляко

2 гр ванилия

350 мл гореща вода

 

 

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

 

 

В купа със средни размери, смесете заедно брашното, половината захар, какао на прах, мляко, и ванилия. Разбийте тестото с миксер.

В малка купа, смесете останалата 1/2 чаша захар, 1/3 чаша какао на прах, както и топлата вода заедно. Внимателно се излива тази смес върху тестото. Не се разбърква.

Печете пудинга в продължение на 2 до 3 часа.

Ако блата трябва да се готви по-дълго, се тества с клечка за зъби на всеки 15 минути, докато е готов .

Забележка: тесто ще се издига на върха и ще се превърне в тортата. Отдолу ще остане богат шоколадов пудинг.

ПРЕЗЕНТИРАНЕ:

Сервирайте с ванилов сладолед. Поръсете с пудра захар и сметана, ако желаете.
