НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ

Омесва се меко и пухкаво тесто, което оставяте да втаса около 2 часа до удвояване на обема му. След това го разточвате на блат с размер 25 см (в зависимост от размера на тавата) и дебелина около 5 мм. Платката поставяте в намазнена тава и намазвате с доматеният сос , добавяте останалите продукти за гарниране – гъби,  пушено пилешко филе, маслините  почистени от костилките. Поръсва се с настърган пармезан.
